Job description
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in servicing our residential properties in Madison, WI. Our portfolio is constantly growing, and we are looking for a members to grow our maintenance team along with it.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete customer service requests and communicate status to customers
- Perform all common area building repairs involving basic plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting
- Walk and inspect properties and grounds
- Establish good relationships with tenants, staff members, and vendors with a continuous drive for excellence in quality of service
- Complete special projects and tasks
- Identify areas to repair, replace, and improve for a better tenant experience
