Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team in servicing our residential properties in Madison, WI. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Lawn mowing and grounds upkeep.

-Snow removal.

-Light maintenance and painting in apartments and common areas.

-Troubleshooting various maintenance tasks.

-Performing other physical work as needed.
