Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated individual to assist in the marketing, leasing, and administrative efforts. Candidate must possess an understanding of how to create a sense of community while providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle activities associated with apartment leasing, move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and operations management.
  • Provide high quality customer service to residents and work closely with property maintenance to keep tenants informed on status of maintenance tickets.
  • Develop new resident marketing and resident retention strategies.
  • Enthusiastically communicate and respond to all inquiry traffic via phones, on-site and online.
  • Gathering and compiling current market information.
  • This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

This is a salaried position with benefits, paid vacation, and an excellent office culture. Salary varies with experience.
